What customers say?

“ ORDERED Nasi goreng fried rice Five spices pork belly Papaya salad - REVIEW Overall 3.5/5* Fried rice: was a hit, tasted well cooked. Flavours were subtle and not overwhelming. It's a fried rice dish you wished you could cook at home. 4.5/5 Pork belly: was way too dry, not really crispy. This is pre-cooked pork, reheated to serve when ordered. My least favourite from the 3 dishes we ordered. 2/5 Papaya salad: very good flavours. Reminds me of your authentic Goi flavours. The soft shell crab was a nice touch. I would order this again. I think the portion for price is ok, not the best. Total of the three came to $80. ”

“ I loved Honey Boy when it first opened and then it just went off. Im not sure what happened different chef I guess. Anyway I ventured back a few months ago and was fabulous. The Pad Thai was on point. ”

“ Great food and cocktails. The rating is quite unfair as we found every plate to be great. Service was fine, not too much in your face but polite and attentive. Will be back for sure ”

“ Loved the vegetarian options. It’s all yummy! I loved the spring rolls, but needed a little more lettuce/herbs like original Vietnamese places. The Tempura eggplant isn’t quite Japanese level delicate tempura, but chunky and delicious! Veg curry and rice yummy :) My fav were the sweet potato chips and pad Thai, delicious. The sago dessert, if you were to order on its own, it feels a little on the small side. But... we were so full so it was perfect, and great balance of flavours! Passionfruit mint and berries went really well with Asian sago! Nice fusion. It’s nice and would come back again. ”

“ Lovely service, relaxed and intimate. Food is good with a variety of Asian dishes. A bit noisy when packed, some see that as a good sign :) Not long waits for food either which is a big tick for us. ”

“ Came in for a quick meal on our way to the cinema. Fast service. Good vibe, I liked the lighting and decor. Ordered 2 cocktails, beef salad, and some small plates. All very tasty and super fresh. We left very happy and keen to return. ”

“ I'm not normally a fan of Vietnamese food, but I drive by here enough to take an interest in trying it out. I must say, I really loved the food. Everything we had was really tasty and good, and thankfully not saturated in coriander/cilantro or lemongrass. The service was ok. Everything we ordered came out as it should and altogether, although one of the mains came out with the entrees which was a minor pain in the neck. Once the food was finally ordered, it all came out in reasonable time and presented really well. Everything exuded flavour and texture and the chicken was so tender and moist that it just fell apart so easily and I ended up eating much more than I should have. Everyone enjoyed their meal, and I would definitely come back here again another time. Parking is easy and it's nice and spacious inside and there wasn't really much I could fault with the whole experience. Highly recommend eating here. ”

“ Had dinner tonight and it was excellent. Great good, nice funky venue/bar and charming service. They should expand their wine list and offer more wines by the glass. This will become very popular with locals. ”
